With over 15 years of specialized experience, I am an expert in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. My clinical work is rooted in evidence-based methodologies, and I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, perfectionism, and related conditions. I am committed to providing clients with the most effective, research-supported strategies to help them regain control over their lives.

My path to specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders began with a deep curiosity about human behavior—what drives us, how we form our identities, and how we change. Before entering the mental health field, I worked in Criminal Justice and Management Consulting, gaining unique insight into motivation, decision-making, and behavioral patterns. After earning my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University, I joined the renowned Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Program at WPIC. There, I worked alongside leading experts treating severe OCD in children and adolescents, refining my clinical skills in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and related interventions.

Since then, I have devoted my career to treating OCD and anxiety at the highest level. In private practice, I specialize in complex and treatment-resistant cases, helping individuals navigate the most challenging forms of OCD, including rumination, perfectionism-driven OCD, sensorimotor obsessions, and intrusive thought patterns. I also provide expert guidance to parents raising children with anxiety and OCD.

As a clinician, I blend scientific precision with a tailored, compassionate approach. In addition to intensive training in ERP, I stay up to date on complementary and emerging treatment modalities, including Inference-Based CBT, Metacognitive Therapy and Mindful Based CBT. My goal is to ensure each client receives the most effective and personalized care. My practice is rooted in the latest research, and I remain committed to ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of the field.

For those struggling with OCD and anxiety, real and lasting change is possible. I aim to empower my clients with the tools they need to break free from fear, uncertainty, and compulsions—so they can reclaim their lives with confidence.
